Montech has a line of credit as a recepient of the US Small Business Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) Program. This allows our business developments efforts to concentrate on medium to large scale contract performance. With established financing to support our company projects, we have earned partnerships with several Prime contractors. Our current work has earned our company the proper security clearances requested by our clients, such as the US Department of Defense.

From the beginning, Montech has been supporting Federal Prime contractors in strategizing on newly awarded projects. We have experience in personnel planning, organizational development, evaluation and design. Montech has been providing transition management services by establishing specific project activities and their interdependencies, estimating activity time requirements, and creating a project schedule while ensuring performance is on time and within budget. Montech is experienced with management plans, schedules, analysis of Scope of Work, defining a plan, staffing approaches, methods of tasking employees with work, and monitoring and performance reporting.
